You can learn the weaknesses and strengths of these Shadows during gameplay through trial and error or by using Fuuka’s Full Analysis ability in Reload Persona 3. When you can scan them, Magical Magus is resistant to all magical attacks, Rampage Drive is resistant to all physical attacksand Tiara shouted against electrical damage, Does not take damage from Firebut it is Weak to damaging attacks.

Because the Screaming Tiara is the only Shadow with a weakness in this encounter, targeting them is your best first choice. It’s similar to when you fight against the Controlling Partner and the Dependent Partner. You can take them down and eliminate them from the encounter, giving your team plenty of space to focus on Rampage Drive and Magical Magus. Unfortunately for the player, this is the only way to defeat them two down is through a key or by landing one freezes on the Magical Magus and then hit them with a physical attack Reload Persona 3. This is much more difficult than the Priestess encounter.

How you do this is up to you. I had more trouble fighting Rampage Drive than I did with Magical Magus. So, I focused on Rampage Drive with my Persona elemental attacks, doing a short piece on them with my character’s Liturgy. I chose to pursue Rampage Drive instead of Magical Magus because using the Persona’s magical attacks only costs SP, while the physical attacks they can unleash cause my character to lose HP, forcing one of My party members, typically Yukari, have to heal whenever it’s their turn consistently. There’s also a good chance another party member can land a Critical Hit against the Mage, especially if you have Junpei.

Once these three are defeated, the next area in this passage is yours to explore. You can continue through this side passage with your party members inside Reload Persona 3Or you can return to the entrance to regroup and try again later.
