Is Palworld coming to Nintendo Switch?

If you’re a Nintendo Switch owner, you might want to know if Palworld is coming to the platform. Especially considering its obvious similarities to the Pokémon franchise.

The Switch is home to many monster taming games similar to Pokémon, so the inclusion of Palworld isn’t out of the question.

At this point, One Palworld A Nintendo Switch release has not been confirmed. So far, developer Pocketpair has only released the game on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. There is some question whether Nintendo would consider allowing the game on Switch as it might have too many similarities with Pokémon.

However, all Nintendo has said at this point is that they are looking into the games’ supposed similarities. Pocketpair may have plans for a Switch port later, but maybe once Palworld exit early access. Of course, there’s no telling how long that will take. The game’s Steam listing says the plan is for an early access period of at least a year, but Pocketpair could always extend it depending on development progress.

If Pocketpair doesn’t have any plans to bring the game to Switch, it could change its mind thanks to how incredibly well it performs. Palworld already working on Xbox and PC, or if there’s enough demand for a Switch port. Even though PokémonBecause of its popularity, there are still some fans who are unhappy with how the main games have played out over the years and have always wanted an alternative that could challenge the long-running series.
