Initial TFT Patch 14.3 Notes for Remix Rumble and Set 3.5 Revival

Patch 14.3 is one of the last updates of TFT Set 10 Rumble remix as competitive players prepare for the Regional Final tournaments and the opportunity to represent them at Rumble remix World Championship. The temporary system change will take effect in Patch 14.3, giving all players the same number of items per Stage. The full remake is expected to launch in Patch 14.5. Patch 14.3 also has some features balance changes to Resurrection of the galaxy Set 3.5.

Patch 14.3 Resurrection of the galaxy (Set 3.5) changes the balance

Patch 14.3 is the last two weeks of LCD screen Place 3.5 Resurrection Galaxies, where the Riot team applies some balance changes. High-performing champions like Ashe and Ezreal received nerfs, while Darius was buffed twice.


  • Battlecast: Nine damage or healing stops increased to 1,000
  • Cybernetic: Health is increased to 300/650
  • Cybernetic: Attack damage is increased by 25/50 percent
  • Dark Star: Breakthrough of eight attack damage and ability power reduced to 45
  • Sorcerer: Magic power is increased to 25/45/75


  • Ashe: Stun duration reduced to 1/1/1.5 seconds
  • Ashe: Magic damage reduced to 225/335/560
  • Darius: Health is increased to 750 and magic damage is increased to 290/435/675
  • Ezreal: Mana Reave nerfed to 20%
  • Ezreal: Magic damage reduced to 200/300/450
  • Jinx: Attack speed increased by 0.8
  • Leona: Health is increased to 700 and mana is increased to 40/80

A nerf was applied to Heartsteel and Executioner, while Emo received a small buff at the breakpoint of six.

  • Emo: The stopping point of six magical powers increased to 20
  • Executioner: Critical strike chance reduced from 25/100/200 to 25/80/160 percent
  • Heartsteel: Stages five and six hearts per kill reduced from two to one
  • Heartsteel: The heart multiplier at the breakpoint of 10 is increased from 10x to 18x
  • Punk: Base health is reduced at breakpoint from 6 to 420 percent
  • Punk: Base attack damage percentage nerfed at breakpoint from 6 to 42

Nerfs target one-star reroll champions like Olaf, who is still quite playable, and Mordekaiser, who is likely one of the best champions in Set 10. Sett also received nerfs when combined with the nerfs of Heartsteel, and Caitlyn received a pretty good boost.

  • Jax: Smash damage increased to 240/360/560

  • Mordekaiser: Final magic ability and damage reduced from 220/330/525 to 200/300/480
  • Sett: Health reduced to 900
  • Sett: Primary magic damage reduced to 250/375/600
  • Sett: Cone magic damage reduced to 120/180/290

Augment Twin Terror has once again been nerfed. And in the 14.3 Patch Preview, Mortdog warned that the Switching Gears buff is huge.


  • Twin Terror One and Two: Health reduced from 350/500 to 300/450
  • Twin Terror One and Two: Attack speed reduced from 35/50 to 30/45 percent


  • Equipment Swap: Gold per swap increased from two to three


  • Balanced Budget: The new Balance Budget Plus appears in Stage 4-2, providing 9 gold per round
  • Bigger Shot: Bomb damage increased from 85 to 100 percent
  • Heartthrobs: Heart bonus increased from 20 to 25 percent


  • Endless horde: Health reduction increased from 20 to 15 percent
  • Starter Set: Now grants four gold

Only minor changes are applied LCD screen items through Patch 14.3, of which the Runaan Storm and Statikk Electric Knife powers may be the most important.

  • Deathfire Grasp: Magic power increased to 50
  • Goldmancer Staff: Base magic power increased to 45
  • Runaan Storm: Attack damage increased by 55%
  • Radiant Runaan Storm: Lightning damage increased by 110%
  • Statikk Electric Knife: Damage increased to 35
  • Statikk Radiant Electric Knife: Damage increased to 80
