Huawei Watch Fit 2 is reportedly receiving new software version The latest update brings several new features and optimizes a variety of tools across health, wellness, and smart notifications. Some users have already received the update, but it is not yet known whether the software rollout is complete.

Huawei releases software version (COOMO7) for Watch Fit 2. The update brings a variety of new features and optimizations to the wearable, which last received an update in August.

According to the changelog, a sleep mode has been added to the Watch Fit 2, which automatically disables the wake feature. Huawei also said that it has optimized Do Not Disturb mode so that users can activate the wake tool if they wish. The smartwatch now supports incoming call notifications for various social media apps and notifications for messages on social media platforms to be identified with emojis. Unfortunately, Huawei doesn’t provide a list of compatible social media apps. Another new feature allows users to open apps from a shortcut menu and improves swim lap count and SpO2 measurement accuracy.

The update version is 77.06MB and the company advises users to have the latest version of the branded app. If you own a Huawei Watch Fit 2, you can download the update through the Huawei Health app. The company has not announced whether the launch is complete or whether the software will be released sequentially.
