The Apple Watch SE (2022) is Apple’s budget offering in the smartwatch space, and if you’re interested in purchasing one, you’ll be happy to know that you don’t have to pay full price for it. There are some good direct discounts that can knock some of the price off, but you can also get some good trade-in offers. There is no option to get one for free, but you can get two for the price of one.

The latest Apple Watch SE, like its predecessor, strips away many of the bells and whistles of the higher-end model and offers only the essential features. Support for WatchOS 9 continues to be included, including the new workout and sleep tracking features that come with the latest operating system update.

The second-generation Apple Watch SE is also cheaper than its predecessor. The GPS-only model starts at $249, while the cellular-enabled model sells for $299. In the past, we’ve seen entry-level models go as low as $200, so keep that in mind when considering current prices. Currently, Amazon has some decent deals on the Apple Watch SE 2, including a midnight color variant of the 40mm model for just $189.

Order the 2022 Apple Watch SE directly from Apple starting at $249. Your purchase also includes three months of Apple Fitness Plus. If you have an old Apple Watch to trade in, you can get up to $365 off the purchase of Apple Watch SE. However, if you go over the previous generation SE, it will cost between $80 and $110. Or something like the Apple Watch Series 5 or Series 6. Don’t forget to get 3% cash back when you use Apple Card, too.

Best Buy is offering $50 off most SE models. This may not be much, but it can save you some cash if you have an older smartwatch to trade in. The most high-end models can get you up to $90 in trade-in. Credit transaction. You’ll also get four months of Apple Fitness Plus free with your purchase. That’s one month more than Apple offers to new Apple Watch owners.

Target is offering $50 off the price of the SE 2, but not all sizes and colors are available, so you’ll need to check to see if what you want is in stock. Additionally, Target RedCard holders can receive a 5% discount on the current generation SE. That’s up to $12.50 off the entry-level model, and you can get three months of Apple Fitness Plus free if you haven’t already used the service.

Verizon does not currently offer direct discounts. However, if you trade in your old device, you can get $180 off the price of a new Apple Watch SE. Please note that you will need a service plan for this device to receive the discount.

However, it’s also worth noting that AT&T currently has quite limited configurations to choose from.
