One of the first trivia questions you’ll hear as you walk through the Central Business District is as follows: “In Director Bones’ Campaign, see the normal rise above its station.”

This is related Department of Irregular Activities—or DEO—, a fictional branch of the government in DC Comics that deals with and investigates superhuman beings and activities. The head of this government is Director Bones, who is mentioned in this puzzle.

The DEO building is pretty easy to find if you use Lex Luthor’s Lexicorp building as your starting point. As you can see on the map above, you will find the DEO building just east of Lexicorp.

Scan the main sign of the building and you will successfully solve the puzzle.

The next puzzle you’ll encounter in the states, “The symbol of a reigning queen. That’s where our Ollie comes in green.”

DC fans will know that this refers to a wealthy playboy Queen Oliver, also known as the heroic archer Green Arrow. The building you need to find is Queen of industry, Ollie’s family business. Lexicorp is a useful starting point when searching for anything in the CBD, so let’s use it as a starting point again.

From Lexicorp, go further south and right and find the giant green Q. Screenshot of Dot Esports.

You’ll find Queen Industries down and to the right when looking at Lexicorp on the map from a top-down perspective in the menu. To solve the puzzle, scan the giant green Q logo on the front of the Queen Industries building. Once you have done so, the puzzle will be complete.

The third puzzle of the Central Business District

The final puzzle in this area goes like this: “With its bright colors and low margins, Simon says he’s the one running the show.”

This involves famous DC Comics villain Simon Stagg and his company, Stagg Industries, a multi-million dollar chemical and genetic research and development company. The puzzle refers to the brightly colored Stagg logo, which can be found in two places: on the side of the building and Sign next to the road outside company. They are in a similar area, and which one you choose to scan won’t make a difference.

The Stagg Building is located near the middle of the Central Business District. Screenshot of Dot Esports.

On the map the Stagg building can be found near the giant statue in the middle of the Central Business District, just left of the statue and helipad. The colorful letters make both signs stand out, so head up to the statue and you’ll likely find at least one of them.

Scan the colorful letters that make up the Stagg symbol and you will successfully find all the Central Business District puzzles. Be sure to check out our guides on how to find puzzles in Centennial Park, Midtown, and Bakerline.
